Challenges:

• Building constructed atop existing multi-level garage podium deck.
• Podium deck moved with changes in temperature, creating the challenge of maintaining accurate control baselines.

Solutions:

• Maintained expanded control network back to terra firma to Walnut St. and Vine St. and around Third Street, so control could be brought back onto slab accurately.
