The Golden Tee at Tri-County

Location: Springdale, Ohio
Services provided: Comprehensive site planning, engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, and surveying services.

MSP provided multi-discipline design and engineering services for this golf course training complex.

With approximately 65% of the site wooded, the goal for this 78-acre property was to save as many of the mature trees as possible, to give the site the appeal of an established course.

MSP also designed the 3,500 SF clubhouse and driving range. Elements of the clubhouse include a pro-shop, meeting room, offices, restrooms, lounge, and a training area.

The Golden Tee at Tri-County was voted “The Best Pracitice Facility” by the Cincinnati Enquirer.
