Towne Centre Master Plan

MSP designed a master plan for the West Chester Towne Center with the objective of creating a community-based development focused on public gathering spaces. MSP worked closely with the developer and the Township to incorporate a community-centered “Lifestyle Center”. The challenge was to create an environment that is both pedestrian and vehicular friendly, set between a public gathering space and a commercial development with future plans for community uses. The final design maintains proper balance between the pedestrian and vehicular access without compromising safety or aesthetics.
