The Vintage Club

The Vintage Club is a mixed-use development with single-family residential, attached residential, retail and office components. Aesthetically, common landscape and hardscape themes are carried throughout the development. “Walk-ability” is a key aspect of the development, which includes common green areas, a pocket park with seating area and an emphasis on pedestrian circulation. A 1,000 foot promenade streetscape provides a grand entry into the community.

The Vintage Club was the site of Homearama 2007.
