The Renaissance project was conceived as part of the city of Middletown’s efforts to bring about their own urban revitalization. The city had been an industrial-based economy, and was in need of new sources of revenue. This multi-use development was created with that in mind. MSP provided design services for the first phase of the project, which included single-family residential housing. The development also features multi-family residential housing, and is currently developing office condominiums, many of which will likely be used as medical offices.
