Project size: 150 acres (Site of 2005, 2006, and 2008 Greater Cincinnati Homerama)
Services provided: Boundary surveying, topographic surveying, civil engineering design, permit drawings for construction, and construction layout design.

This project was conceived with the intention of creating the first luxury, single-family community in Greater Cincinnati to feature a waterfront lifestyle. It was designed with the look of an historic district, and features only the finest classic architectural styles.
