Heritage Land Company, LLC developed the 472 acre Four Bridges Golf Community. MSP was retained to design the subdivision in excess of 400 lots around the Golf Course. MSP also designed the site plan for the Amenity Package that included a club house, maintenance facility, and several tennis courts.
