MSP worked with Butler Technology and Career Development Schools on a major $20 million renovation project at the D. Russel Lee Career Center.

The initial work for the project involved a complete facilities and site assessment. The final project included the creation of new classroom space, renovations of existing classroom spaces, new entry design, site design, and the creation of a teared Bio-swale system.

The D. Russel Lee Career Center renovations project achieved LEED Gold certification in April, 2011.
