North Pointe at Union Centre offices for GE Aviation was a design-build project spearheaded by Duke Realty (owner) and MSP, who provided master planning and architectural design services. The project includes two 4-story office buildings, which have enabled GE to consolidate their staff into a central location. The project has brought 1,700 employees to the region, and has significantly impacted the economic vitality of the West Chester Community.
