Floer Drive Retail Center

MSP was hired by a local developer to provide the design and construction documents for a new 16,625 SF retail center located at the corners of Floer Drive and Union Centre Boulevard. The center was designed in order to satisfy the developer’s wish to blend the retail center with West Chester’s aesthetic motif. The construction materials include brick, cast stone, and standing seam roofs. An exterior insulated finish system for the signage areas and fabric awnings were used, as well as champagne-colored storefronts.
