MSP is a proud organization of professionals dedicated to their chosen areas of specialty — architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture. And while we may not be the largest company in the region, we believe we offer an unusual combination of a fun work environment with interesting, challenging, and varied projects, combined with a dedication to life-long learning.

Our employees share camaraderie; MSP is like a nice neighborhood you’d want to move in to. We’re kind to one another, and we encourage each employee to take the initiative in collaborating with other employees, sharing their knowledge wherever it’s needed on behalf of the client. We work with our employees to help them develop professionally. We encourage them to be involved in professional associations, and we help them get plugged in so they can grow and learn their industry better. In addition, we started a Toastmasters chapter to help our employees develop confidence in their speaking skills, knowing that those skills would transfer to other areas of their lives having nothing to do with work.
