MSP is currently accepting resumes for the position of Marketing Coordinator
MSP is seeking a part-time, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator who has a degree either in architecture, graphic design, or marketing. In this position, the person will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with all aspects of planning and implementing marketing materials and public relations activities, while reporting to the Director of Business Development and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Work with 4 separate departments to meet their marketing and proposal needs. (Architecture, Landscape architecture, Civil Engineering and Surveying)
- Preparation of written proposals and written responses to RFP's and RFQ's for public and private sector projects.
- Preparation of graphics materials, PowerPoint presentations, marketing packages, and materials from the planning and organization to the finalization of finished product for release.
- Maintenance of marketing materials
- Identify leads by researching the internet and media and communicating with in-house project managers.
- Assist project managers in the preparation of fee proposal and estimating spreadsheets.
- Write correspondence to clients and prospective clients.
- Manage firm Website and social medial communications.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the daily responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency with the following software is required: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience working with Dreamweaver and Constant Contact is helpful.
- Proven experience in working in a team environment and on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work with both architectural and engineering department mindsets.
- Excellent architectural graphic, written and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently with direction from the Director of Business Development.
- 3+ years’ proposal writing experience preferably in the construction, engineering or architectural industry.
- Knowledge of language, contracts, forms and A/E profession protocol is desired.
- Bachelor's degree desired but not required.
- Architectural photography and SketchUp skills are helpful, but not required.
