Our rich history of more than a century includes long-standing client relationships with organizations such as Xavier University, Spring Grove Cemetery, and many of the top land developers in the region. Our excellent reputation has enabled us to work on more than half of the Homerama projects in Southwest Ohio. And when it comes to prestigious land developers in the region, we count more than half of them as our clients.

We’ve been involved in many high-profile projects including Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, and the West Chester Towne Centre, as well as countless hotels, office parks, residential developments, and academic institutions across the country. Building the Future on the Foundation of the Past

But our history is more than a snapshot in time, it’s also our future. We’re proud that we have partners here whose families have been connected with MSP for generations. And we’re proud that the average tenure of our employees is more than fifteen years. But neither of these facts would be relevant unless we collectively use that experience for the good of our clients. Sir Isaac Newton said, “If I have seen farther than others, it is because I was standing on the shoulders of giants.”

For MSP, this means that we take advantage of all the knowledge and experience within our walls — including that of those who went before us — and build upon it. This collaborative process allows us to develop creative ideas, and ways to implement them in order to create your vision.

We don’t usually feel the need to discuss ethics and integrity. At MSP, we believe that being ethical — and conducting business with integrity -- is the ticket to enter the game. We’ve been in business for generations, and we have a reputation as an ethical organization. We value that reputation, since much of our business springs from it.

At the risk of sounding trite, we follow the Golden Rule of doing unto others as we would have them do unto us. That rule stands the test of time, as does our reputation.
